Jessica and Dennis both consider themselves tech savvy individuals and up with the times. Case in point, they met through a newly developed, at the time, application called “Tinder”, which involves swiping your finger either right to left, or left to right to land dates. Luckily, they both swiped left to right. From there, they went on their first date to a Scottish Folklorama Pavilion, where they couldn’t hear each other talk. After a few hours, no drinks were thrown and no red flags were shown, so they decided to have a drink at Earls, the place where people show off their dates, to wrap up the night. Soon after, Jessica and Dennis were arranging dates at every available occasion. Jessica soon introduced her puppy Charlie, to Dennis’s puppy Murphy. Both dogs approved of one another, and of Jessica and Dennis. Charlie still lets Dennis know what belongs to him by marking the odd article of clothing. Dennis does not reciprocate in this matter. After dating for only a few months, more and more of Jessica’s belongings ended up in Dennis’s house, and soon after Jessica didn’t really leave. Jessica moved in with Charlie and was happy that she now lived so close to University of Manitoba, where she continues her studies in the field of Psychology specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is also relatively close to her work at St Amant. Murphy and Dennis were very happy with the new arrangements, as they enjoy both Charlie and Jessica’s company. In August of 2018, Dennis made the decision to leave his position at Investor’s Group as a Senior Team Leader to pursue his passion for film. He followed up with a few financially sound decisions for someone who left their career by enrolling in film school, booking a vacation to Jamaica, and buying a ring to propose to Jessica on said trip. The vacation was wonderful, but the proposal was barely a surprise as Dennis can’t keep shit from Jessica. She saw right through the overprotective luggage guarding. On the first full day of the trip, Dennis planned a dinner that would end at sunset and he and Jess would walk out to a point to look out on the ocean to take pictures and he would propose. That night they spent what felt like hours searching through the darkness to find the lookout point. With no success, they found a beach and Dennis set up a camera in the dark. At this point Jessica knew what was happening and said yes. She then walked back to the room with Dennis through crowds of people in tears… of happiness… while Dennis received dirty looks from crowds of people for making Jessica cry. Dennis and Jessica could not be happier to share this very special time with all of you and we hope you are able to join us in our celebration of love and family.

Mayan Riviera

The Mayan Riviera is located on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. It is famous for its beautiful blue Caribbean waters and stunning white sand beaches. The Mayan does have coral in its waters but this is where you will find amazing snorkeling! The Mayan has something for everyone! You can swim in the beautiful blue oceans, hang out at your resort, or venture off to one of the many sites the Mayan has to offer. Some of these include visiting Mayan ruins (Chichen Itza, Coba and Tulum are the most popular), there are ecological parks such as Xcaret and Xel-ha, swimming in cenotes (natural sinkholes or rivers filled with fresh, cool crisp clear waters), take a visit to the islands of Isla Mujeres or Cozumel (voted some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Caribbean), just to give you a few ideas.

At the Moon Palace Cancun, there are excursions that you are able to use your resort credit for. Please see the resort credit flyer first before booking an excursion so you don’t book an excursion that you could have used your credit for.

The excursion company that A Whole World To Travel is partnered with are partly owned by Trip Advisor and the excursions are rated by people who have actually done the excursions. They have been in business for over 20 years and have the largest database of destination products.

A few benefits to booking before you leave are the low price guarantee, less money to take with you on your trip (safer for you), better budgeting of your trip costs, budgeting of your time in destination, trusted excursions backed by a reputable company, no disappointment if an excursion is sold out and many skip the line excursions exclusive to them so that you are not wasting valuable vacation time standing in line instead of enjoying the destination.

If you are interested in booking an excursion, below is the link. You can book directly from the link, check off the box to send a copy to yourself and to the travel agent. Some excursions are confirmed immediately (over 75% of their product is confirmable the same day) and some may take a few days. A Whole World To Travel recommends booking a few months before you travel for the most up to date list and at least a week before your departure. It is full payment at time of booking for excursions. Here is the link:
